Courgette, lemon and cheese

Picked small, courgettes are sweet and quick. This is barely a recipe, which is the point.

How to make it

  1. Fry the courgette coins in the oil over a decent heat until golden on both sides.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Off the heat, squeeze over the lemon and scatter the cheese.
  4. Eat warm, on its own or alongside whatever else is on the plate.
